Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with Homy Casa Canada. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video.
We will provide one of the following solutions based on the issue:

  • Replacement of the damaged part(s)
  • Full product replacement
  • Refund if a replacement is not available

Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Because furniture is large, heavy, and costly to transport, we currently do not accept change-of-mind returns on delivered items.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, we will arrange a pickup and send the correct item at no cost.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and unassembled
  • Original packaging should be kept when possible (but not required for damage claims)

Final Sale Items

Clearance “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
