Shipping & Delivery

At Homy Casa Canada, we work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with clear communication every step of the way.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours.
Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Business hours are Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays.


Shipping Areas

We currently ship across most provinces within Canada except for P.O. boxes, with most orders fulfilled from our Toronto warehouse.


Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, but most customers receive their order in:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days
  • Western Canada: 4–8 business days
  • Atlantic Canada: 4–8 business days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll be able to follow it directly with the carrier.


Large & Heavy Item Delivery

For oversized furniture, delivery may be handled by a freight partner.
In these cases:

  • The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery
  • Curbside delivery is standard
  • Additional fees may apply for remote areas

Failed Deliveries / Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, re-delivery fees may apply.


Transit Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product
  2. Email us within 7 days at canada@homycasa.com

Terms & Conditions

Orders will be delivered to the front door.

Free delivery is available to most major cities.
For postal codes located outside of our free delivery zones, additional shipping fees may apply.

Homy Casa Canada reserves the right to make any necessary changes to this policy without prior notice.


Distribution Centre Pick-Up

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is ready for pick-up at our distribution centre. Please bring the following when you arrive:

  • Your original receipt or email confirmation
  • A valid piece of ID
  • The credit card used for the purchase

These are required to release your order.

Local Pickup (Available for Select Products)

We offer free local pickup for part of our inventory at our Toronto warehouse:

Address: 50 East Wilmot Street, Richmond Hill, ON  
Hours: Monday–Friday, by appointment  
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.  
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

Local pickup is only available for select items. Eligible products will display a pickup option at checkout.
